First night’s deposit confirms the reservation. Final balance will be taken on the day of your arrival.
If you need to cancel before 5 days prior to your arrival your deposit less a $20 + GST booking fee will be refunded. If you cancel within five days of your arrival, your full deposit is non-refundable.
We know times are uncertain right now so we want to ensure you can still book your winter getaway with confidence. If you need to cancel, we will refund your deposit payment less a $20 + GST booking fee if cancelled before August 31st, 2020.
We will be providing more information later in the summer on how we will be proceeding after August 31st, 2020.
Winter Guarantee Policy: First night’s non-refundable deposit confirms the reservation. The non-refundable full balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be processed on the credit card on file.
Summer Guarantee Policy: First night’s non-refundable deposit confirms the reservation. Final balance can be paid upon check in.

Accommodation Terms & Conditions
Check in time: 4pm. Check out time: 10am.
Late Arrivals: Please call to inform the Front Desk the day before arrival if you are expecting a late check-in, after 6pm. The Front Desk will inform you of the late check-in procedure.
Housekeeping: Daily Housekeeping/Towel Service is not provided. For stays of 7 nights or more Housekeeping services will be scheduled for the middle of your stay.
Quiet Policy: Please keep noise at a low level at all times. Quiet Time: 11pm to 7am.
Parking Policy: MAX Two parking permits per Suite. Parking with permits is FREE and on a first come first serve basis.
