Cancellation Policy:
Winter Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be processed on the credit card on file. The paid final balance is non-refundable.
Summer Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. The final balance will be processed a week prior to arrival. The paid final balance is non-refundable.
Guarantee Policy:
Winter Guarantee Policy: The first night plus tax or 20% of the total, whichever is greater, is taken as a non-refundable deposit and confirms the reservation. Accommodation Terms & Conditions
Check in time: 4pm. Check out time: 10am.
Late Arrivals: Please call to inform the Front Desk the day before arrival if you are expecting a late check-in, after 6pm. The Front Desk will inform you of the late check-in procedure.
Housekeeping Fees: Each suite will have a non-refundable housekeeping fee charged on top of the room rate to cover the final clean for the suite upon guest departure. Excessively dirty suites could incur additional costs at $42/hr + GST.
Housekeeping Services: Daily Housekeeping/Towel Service is not provided. For stays of 7 nights or more Housekeeping services will be scheduled for the middle of your stay.
Quiet Policy: Please keep noise at a low level at all times. Quiet Time: 11pm to 7am.
Parking Policy: MAX Two parking permits per Suite. Parking with permits is FREE and on a first come first serve basis.
Dog Policy: Dogs must be kept on leash when outside. Dog poop must be picked up and properly disposed of. Yellow/brown snow must be covered with fresh snow. Dogs must not be left unattended in the suite. No dogs allowed in Suites 102, 4 & 21.
Property Damage: We have a zero tolerance policy for damage inflicted upon our suites and townhomes. Damage will be charged back on the credit card on file to the amount required to replace/reinstall/clean the damaged or soiled item(s).
Summer Hot Tubs: During the summers, the only suites which will have a running hot tub are: Suite #2, Suite #10, Peaks #2, & Peaks #6 which will be included in the nightly rate. For all other suites and townhomes the hot tubs will be unavailable for the summer.
